Prevent and Reverse Heart Disease:The Revolutionary, Scientifically Proven, Nutrition-Based Cure
True champions are made, not born. God builds champions and He wants to build you into the champion you were meant to be. Success is defined in today s culture mostly by monetary wealth. Leaders are defined by leading. But champions are in a class by themselves. They are not defined by money or followers, but by how they live and influence people in ways that glorify God and encourage and inspire others. Examining the lives of biblical and modern-day champions gives you the keys to becoming a champion through developing: · Stamina during challenges. · Winning character traits. · Integrity and trustworthiness. · Leadership qualities. · Solid moral values. Author and pastor Kenneth Ulmer offers guidance and advice in a world increasingly bereft of true champions. You will learn how to stay on track to becoming a true champion God s way, and not be tripped up as many self-described Christian leaders have been in recent years. Choose today to be a champion!

Maturity
Maturity is the ability to control anger and settle differences without violence.
Maturity is patience. It is the willingness to pass up immediate pleasure in favor of a long-term gain.
Maturity is perseverance, the ability to sweat out a project or a situation in spite of heavy opposition and discouraging setbacks.
Maturity is the capacity to face unpleasantness and frustration, discomfort and defeat, without complaint or collapse.
Maturity is being big enough to say, “I was wrong.” And, when right, the mature person need not experience the satisfaction of saying, “I told you so.”
Maturity is the ability to make a decision and stand by it. The immature spend their lives exploring endless possibilities and then do nothing.
Maturity means dependability, keeping one’s word and coming through in a crisis. The immature are masters of the alibi. They are confused and conflicted. Their lives are a maze of broken promises, former friends, unfinished business and good intentions that somehow never materialize.
Maturity is the art of living in peace with what we cannot change, and the courage to change what should be changed and the wisdom to know the difference.

POPCORN
Origination: United States
Term “POPCORN” Dates to about 1810
Americans consume 17 Billion Quarts per year
Popcorn is an indigenous food product that is also cheap, wholesome, low-calorie, and versatile. However, the word corn originally did not refer to cobs at roadside stands as it does today; it’s Old English for “local grain.” The “corn” in the Bible (e.g., Ruth”among the alien corn”) probably meant barley. In England it would have been wheat, and in Scotland Ireland, oats. European settlers in the New World called the common grain found there “corn,” although its proper name is “maize”.

RAY LEWIS SPEAKS ON GOD, LIFE & MOTIVATION (Mind, Body and Spirit)
“We should never, ever give up, you’re never too old to chase your dream,” said Diana Nyad a 64-year –old woman after becoming the first person to swim from Cuba to Florida approximately 110 miles without the use of a shark cage.
“There is no reason to have a Plan B because it distracts from Plan A.” Will Smith.
“All of us are self made, but only the successful will admit it.”
Earl Nightingale.
Hip, flip and smart as a whip, Will Smith is living the American dream — but it didn’t come easily and it wasn’t free. Turning down a scholarship to M.I T. in order to pursue his music career, he rapped his way to Grammy-winning fame and fortune before he could vote. He talked his way into a TV series before his 21st birthday. And then, he got serious— as in a seriously successful, stereotype-smashing, big-screen star.
“Whenever there is a problem, repeat over and over: All is well. Everything is working out for my highest good. Out of this situation only good will come. I am safe.”..Louise Hay
In this healing tour de force, best-selling authors Louise L. Hay and Dr. Mona Lisa Schulz have teamed up for an exciting reexamination of the quintessential teachings from Heal Your Body. All Is Well brings together Louise’s proven affirmation system with Mona Lisa’s knowledge of both medical science and the body’s intuition to create an easy-to-follow guide for health and well-being. And, for the first time ever, they present scientific evidence showing the undeniable link between the mind and body that makes these healing methods work.
Bringing focus and clarity to the effects of emotions on the body, All Is Well separates the body into seven distinct groups of organs—or emotional centers—that are connected by their relationship to certain emotions. Structured around these emotional centers, the authors outline common imbalances and probable mental causes for physical illness. They also include case studies that show a complete program for healing that draws from all disciplines, including both traditional and alternative medicine, affirmations, nutritional changes, and so
much more. From the book heal your body by Louise Hay

WINNING THE FUTURE THROUGH EDUCATION by Samuel Betances
Praise for Winning the Future
Having been a higher education administrator for more than forty years managing programs to improve the academic success of students from low-income and first generation backgrounds, I consider this book as ‘must read’ for students facing challenges in maximizing their gift of intellect, whether from home, friends, environment or inadequate educational preparation. This book is full of valuable lessons, motivational stories, wonderful inspirational messages, case studies and relevant examples that make it interesting and easy to read. It clearly promotes reading, the value of books, self-education, and the importance of selecting and maintaining the right relationships and accepting good advice and guidance along one’s educational journey. It not only keeps the reader’s attention, but has a magnetic pull that encourages reading to the next page, paragraph and chapter. This book will be a very valuable resource to instructors, parents and, most importantly, students from the middle through high school years, as well as incoming college students, especially first generation and students from distressed sociology-economic circumstances.
