Open a checking and a savings account. It’s not how much you start with. It is about when you start. Put money in your savings account every time you get paid, even if it is only $20.00. The key is to develop the habit of saving money. You will find that as you reach certain bench marks; $100, $200, $5oo, $1,000, $5,000 it will encourage you in many ways. You will think better about yourself, you will better about life. That habit will become a discipline that discipline will began to work for you in other areas of your life.
