Manage your money. You have to manage your time, right? Manage your money. Your life has to be managed; your time has to be managed, your money has to be managed.
Develop the habit of saving money.
Open a checking and a savings account. It’s not how much you start with. It is about when you start. Put money in your savings account every time you get paid, even if it is only $20.00. The key is to develop the habit of saving money. You will find that as you reach certain bench marks; $100, $200, $5oo, $1,000, $5,000 it will encourage you in many ways. You will think better about yourself, you will feel better about life. That habit will become a discipline and that discipline will began to work for you in other areas of your life.

I suggest having accounts at three different banks.

Open a checking and savings account at each bank.

Have two of the banks close to each other and the third a good distance away.

When money comes into bank #f1 (in which you have a saving a checking account and debit card) withdraw equal amounts each pay period and deposit in banks 2 and 3.

Bank # 1 your is working bank it receives automatic deposits and pays your automatic bills and your checks.

Bank # 2 Saving and checking account (business account) with debit card.

The Bank # 3 deposits only no checks no debits card no credit cards.
